OUR MISSION STATEMENT: To provide our customers with a quality condition report of the building or home so that they have sufficient information to confidently move forward to complete the transaction.

Building Inspection Services was established in 1994 to provide commercial and residential building inspections for the south metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area. Donald Brown founded the company after 41 years of successful experiences in the construction field. We now provide phase inspections of homes under construction, Radon gas test, and consulting services. Our team currently provides approximately 300 home inspections 12 commercial inspections, and about 10 Radon gas test each year.
