Comercial Inspections

We provide inspections and condition reports of small to medium size buildings usually under 100,000 square feet. We examine the site, the structure, roof, exterior and interior of the building. We inspect the utilities for condition and adequacy for the current use. We comment on health, safety, and handicap access issues. Systems are tested for normal operation by standard controls. The normal report includes two copies with pictures and text describing the building systems and any defects. The report is suitable for submittal to management and financial organizations for approval. Other types of inspections with reduced or expanded scopes and reports are available.
